Ferrule and rolling body——
Asme -52100 Vacuum degassed high carbon chromium bearing steel is the standard material for precision bearing rings and rollers. AISI-440C martensitic stainless steel is recommended in view of the possible corrosive environment in practical applications. In part numbers, 440C is prefixed with an "S".
